u To prevent cross-threading, start your nuts/bolts by hand—and try to get a few
rotations—before continuing the job with your pneumatic tool.
The forward/reverse knob rotates as the ratchet is activated/triggered. Be sure to
u
keep your hands away from moving parts during operation—including this knob.
u The reactionless ratchet should never be used to set torque. Use a torque wrench
to attain the proper torque manually. Do not over tighten.
STORAGE
Lubricate your reactionless ratchet before storing. Follow the air motor
lubrication instructions with an exception to step #4. Only run the
reactionless ratchet for 2-3 seconds (instead of 10 seconds) because more oil
needs to remain in the reactionless ratchet when storing. Store your tool in a
cool dry place.
