• Risk of damage to SD card. Do not use sharp tools or excessive force when inserting
or removing the SD card.
• Risk of data loss. To prevent data corruption, the SD card should be unmounted before
removal. To unmount, go to Setup > System Options > Storage > SD Card and click
Unmount.
This product supports microSD/microSDHC/microSDXC card (not included).

Supports microSD cards with up to 64 GB of storage. For best recording performance, use a
microSDHC or microSDXC card with speed class 10.
Control Button
For location of the control button, see Hardware Overview on page 9.
The control button is used for:
Resetting the product to factory default settings. See page 22.
Connecting to an AXIS Video Hosting System service or AXIS Internet Dynamic DNS
Service. For more information about these services, see the User Manual.

De-icing
The product's automatic de-icing process starts when the product is switched on and the air
temperature is below 0 °C (32 °F). The de-icing process ensures that the product works properly
even at low temperatures. The de-icing period lasts for a maximum of 90 minutes. During this
period the camera is turned off.
