Determination of the aerosol output rate
Fill the nebuliser with 2 ml of a 1% test solution. Attach the nebuliser
to the Breath Simulator for at least 1 minute.
Aerosol output rate in [ml/min] for minimum flow (3.0 l/min) and
maximum flow (6.0 l/min):
Min. flow (3.0 l/min) 0.096 ml/min
Max. flow (6.0 l/min) 0.144 ml/min
(Averages from each of 2 separate measurement series with 3 nebu-
liser/compressed air combinations)
