4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
At the end of the work day, the appliance must be cleaned for hygiene reasons as well as to avoid operation failures.
The appliance must never be cleaned with direct or high pressure jets of water. In order to clean the unit, steel
wool, brushes or scrapers should not be used; it is possible to use stainless steel wool, rubbing in the direction the
sheets were satinized.
Wait until the appliance is cool.

Never, for any reason, use detergents and/or products containing chlorine.
Do not use products containing strong acids (pH ≤ 3) for cleaning any of the
surfaces.
The use of these products voids the warranty.

Disconnect the appliance from the power supply using the switch located
upstream of the device.
Using the scraper, clean the larger residue from the grill. Then use warm
water and mild detergent to clean the grill and other surfaces.
Raise the grill and lock it in place using the side pin.
