To lock the infant carrier at the adapters press both buttons at handle joints
(fig . 27, no . 1) and turn the carrying handle simultaneous in position on head side
of the infant carrier (fig . 27, no . 2) until the buttons lock .
Check by pulling test whether the infant carrier is locked securely onto both ad-
apters .
Make sure that your child is secured in the infant carrier as described in it's ope-
rating manual .
To unlock push both joint buttons (fig . 27, no . 1) and turn the handle in upright
carrying position . Ensure that the carrying handle is locked securely in upright
position . Now you can remove the infant carrier .
For car seats used in conjunction with a chassis, this vehicle does not replace a
cot or a bed . Should your child need to sleep, then it should be placed in a suita-
ble pram body, cot or bed .
5.3 Removing the infant carrier adapters
Hold and push the removing button on each travelsystem adapter pushed
(fig . 28, no . 1) and pull out both infant carrier adapter (fig . 28, no . 2) .
6. Removing and mounting the cover
6.1 Removing and mounting the 5-point belt system
Push the five plastic clips on the belt ends from rear through the holes of the
backrest (fig . 32, no . 1–2) and the seat (fig . 32, no . 3) .
Mount the belts by pushing the five plastic clips through the holes .
