Once the Thombox has finished searching, click on
the X to close the window.
STEP 3: Automatic configuration
Optional: If you have already changed the
username and password for your camera
before pairing (by default, «admin» and no
password):
To access your camera and the camera image your
Thombox must have the username and password
that you selected when configuring the camera.
Go to the «Cameras» section of the Thombox
interface
then below your camera, click on
«Modify the information associated with the
camera»
:
In the window that appears, replace the
«Username» and the «Password» with the terms
you want to use to access the camera configuration
(by default, «admin» and no password). Click on
«Save»
at the top of the screen to apply
the changes (clicking the «Save» button does not
close the window).
To configure your camera automatically and instruct
the camera where to send the photos taken, launch a
synchronisation
and wait.

Once synchronisation is complete, go to the
«Cameras» section of the Thombox interface

3 - TAKING AND STORING PHOTOS ON THE
SERVER
Once the Thombox has recognised the camera, rules
can be used to trigger taking a photo and sending
the photo to the secure server. Your camera appears
in the «Cameras» category in the «Modules» of the
rule creator. You can drag the camera to an «Action»
block and select the «Snapshot» action to take a
photo.
