product lifetime is usually determined by damages and wear and tear
caused by usage.
Wipe dirty surfaces with an expendable cloth/ tissue paper.
No special requirements. Avoid lengthy waiting periods before preparation
because of danger of drying and corrosion.
Remove any surface soiling of the Electronicmotor with a
disposable/paper towel. Unscrew motor cover and remove it with the
cable.
Equipment: Cleaning/disinfection equipment with special load carrier,
which ensures the connection of the motors to the cleaning/disinfecting
equipment and the irrigation of the channels. Wash the Electronicmotor
from the front side. Use neutral cleaners as cleansing agents.
1) Load the Electronicmotor in the load carrier (irrigation of the channels
must be ensured).
2) Load Motor cover with cable in basket.
3) Set cleaning cycle with effectual rinsing and cleaning. Carry out rinse
cycle with demineralised water.
4) Rinse with demineralised water at 93°C for 10 minutes for thermal
disinfecting.
5) Check whether there is still visible dirt in the gaps when taking the
Electronicmotor and Motor cover with cable out. If necessary repeat
cycle or clean manually.
Equipment: Neutral cleaning agent, soft brush, running water.
Procedure:
1) Rinse and brush surface soiling from the Electronicmotor and Motor
cover with cable.
2) Apply cleaning agent with brush on all surfaces as well as gaps.
3) Rinse the Electronicmotor and motor cover with cable thoroughly in
running water.
Spray the Electronicmotor and motor cover with disinfection spray on
ethyl alcohol basis.
Dry the Electronicmotor and motor cover with cable manually or in a
drying chamber, if the drying/disinfecting equipment does not provide any
drying program.
