Depending on the geometry of the 3F and MF syringes, the holder 
(highlighted in grey) can be installed rotated through 180°
(changeover mechanism).
Place the compression spring  inside the sleeve .

Push the holder  onto the compression spring  and fit the lid .

Screw the hex nut  onto the sleeve  as far as the stop.

Connect the spring clip  to the thread of the sleeve .

