1. Getting to know your instrument

Function of the unit
The purpose of this digital scale is weighing and calculating your personal fitness data.
It is intended for private use.
The scale is equipped with the following functions, which can be used by up to 10 different people:
• body weight measurement,
• measurement of body fat percentage,
• body water percentage,
• muscle percentage,
• bone mass,
• basic and active metabolic rate.
This scale also has the following functions:
• interpretation of body fat values,
• switch between kilograms "kg", pounds "lb" and stones "st",
• automatic shutoff function,
• battery change indicator for weak batteries.
