LED fault
12 volts applied to remote controller
at the correct terminals but unit does
not operate

Possible cause
1) Miswiring of the 12 volt power to
remote controller control.
2) Power not online
3) No 12 volt supply to terminal block.
1) The remote controller is damaged.

Action required
1) Verify that 30AW unit is connected
to the proper terminals of the
controller.

graph for correct connections.
1) Check that the unit main power is
connected.
1) Check the 12 connection on the
terminal block in the 30AW unit.

Solution
After disconnecting the power, correct
the wiring problem and restart the
power.
After verifying the wiring to the remote
controller, restart the unit power.
After disconnecting the power, correct
the wiring problem and restart the
power.
Change the remote controller and
restart the power.
