5. Pull-ups
With both hands, grip the upper grab bars. Make
sure the arms are not fully straightened. The legs
are either straight or angled. Pull upwards in a
controlled manner until you reach the height level
of the handlebar with the tip of your chin. Breathe
out slowly. Then lower your body down again whi-
le breathing in. Make sure to not take any swing
with your legs.
