Spare parts are safety parts!
For installation of spare parts, we exclusively re-
commend original AL-KO parts or parts expressly
approved for installation by us.
In order to clearly identify spare parts, our service
stations require the spare part identifi cation
number (ETI).
Repairs may only be carried out by competent,
trained personnel
If repairs are necessary, an extensive network of
AL-KO service stations is available for our custo-
mers across Europe

Solution
a
Wind the rope in correctly
Check brake parts and replace worn parts
Clean or change brake pads

Detach any loads, then loosen the brake by
gently hitting the crank handle in the "lower"
direction with the palm of your hand
(when doing this, block off any gears until
the crank handle is free, then grease the
crank handle)
