Possible Reason
1. The finger is not placed
far enough inside.
2. The finger is shaking or
the patient is moving.
1. Temperature probe
is not connected properly
1. The batteries are drained
or almost drained.
2. The device is
malfunctioning.
1. The device will power off
automatically when there is
no signal and no operation
for 1 minute.
2. The battery voltage is low.
1. Probe off or incorrect
connection.
2. Incorrect finger insert
3. Probe is damaged.

1. Place the finger
correctly inside and
try again.
2. Reduce patient
movement.
2. Reinsert the probe into
the device
1. Recharge battery.
2. Please contact the local
service center.
