STEREO 3-WAY SETUP
Note: Be sure that the rear panel Mode switch is in the
correct position and the corresponding connectors are
properly configured; otherwise you could damage your
speakers.
1.
Use the included power cable to connect AX2304 to
a wall outlet.
2.
Connect the source from your mixer's output to the inputs of Channels 1 and 2 on AX2304.
3.
Connect the Low Output of AX2304's Channel 1 and Channel 2 outputs to the inputs of your amplifier.
4.
Connect the Mid Output of AX2304's Channel 1 and Channel 2 outputs to the inputs of your amplifier.
5.
Connect the High Output of AX2304's Channel 1 and Channel 2 outputs to the inputs of amplifier.
6.
*Adjust the Mode buttons so that both are depressed.
7.
In stereo mode, the two low frequency paths can be combined and sent to the Low Output of Channel
1. Depress the LF Sum button and then connect the LF Sum output of Channel 1 to your system. This
is helpful if using a setup with additional subwoofers.
8.
*Use the Xover Freq button to adjust the control range of the front panel Low/Mid from 44 Hz to 930 Hz
or 440 Hz to 9.3 kHz.
9.
Power on AX2304 first, then power on the amplifier to run the system. When powering off, ensure that
the amplifier is turned off first, then turn off AX2304.
*WARNING: Power off your speakers
before pressing the XOVER FREQ button
and the Mode buttons. A loud burst of
noise will be sent, which can damage
speakers.
