Approval details for the IND560x terminal when installed according to European requirements are
listed in this section. The European safety approvals for the IND560x are based upon entity values
and fiber optic power restriction. The IND560x terminal has been examined by the European
notified body DEKRA EXAM GmbH and has been certified as:

The terminal type IND560x-PANEL has to be mounted into a cabinet/enclosure which is
certified for use as Category II 2D. Mounting must be completed with the gasket included with
the IND560x panel mount. After mounting, IP65 protection must be guaranteed.
UV light must be avoided.
Only cable glands and blanks shall be used which are certified for that purpose.
