In the case of concrete pools with a liner, the 59983/60229 niche should be embedded into the concrete wall (see the
niche's manual).
1. Put the seals, liner, and flanges in place (Fig. 5).
2. Fit the adaptor using the 11/2" nut with the help of the spanner provided (Fig. 6).
3. Put the Mini 3.13 projector into place and adjust using the spanner provided (Fig. 7).
4. Finally, attach the faceplate supplied with the niche (Fig. 7).
For spas or prefabricated pools (2" nut):
1. The projector should be placed approximately 400 mm below the spa's water line making sure it is not placed somewhe-
re that could easily be covered by a person's body. It should preferably be placed on the wall where the spa's steps are
found (Fig. 1).
2. Using a diamond tile drill bit, drill a hole 60 mm in diameter into the wall Fig. 9).
3. Place the rubber seal and the projector in the spa. Check that the seal and the part of the projector that will be in
contact with it are free of all dirt.
4. Place the 2" GAS nut on the outer part of the spa's shell and screw it to the body of the projector (Fig. 9).
For polyester pools (1½" thread):
Neither the snap-on adapter nor the O-ring seals will be used in this assembly.
1. Fit the adaptor using the 11/2" nut with the help of the spanner provided (Fig. 10)
2. Put the Mini 3.13 projector into place and adjust using the spanner provided. Attach the faceplate (Fig. 6 -7).
If the electrical connection has to be handled:
1. Remove the faceplate using a screwdriver as a lever (Fig. 11).
2. Use the spanner provided to reach the spotlight (follow the steps in Fig. 7 in reverse order).
