NOTE: Excessive fastening torque may damage the
bolt/nut or impact socket. Before starting your job,
always perform a test operation to determine the
proper fastening time for your bolt or nut.
NOTE: If the tool is operated continuously until the
battery cartridge has discharged, allow the tool to rest
for
minutes before proceeding with a fresh battery
c artri d ge.
The fastening torque is affected by a wide variety of
factors including the following. After fastening, always
c h e c k t h e tor q ue w it h a tor q ue w ren c h .

When the battery cartridge is discharged almost
completely, voltage will drop and the fastening
tor q ue w ill be re d u c e d .

A worn impact socket (wear on the hex end
or square end) will cause a reduction in the
f astening tor q ue.

Even though the torque coefficient and the
c lass o f bolt are t h e same, t h e proper f asten-
ing tor q ue w ill d i f f er a c c or d ing to t h e d iame-
ter o f bolt.

according to the torque coefficient, the class

The use of the universal joint or the extension
bar some w h at re d u c es t h e f astening f or c e o f t h e
impact wrench. Compensate by fastening for a
longer perio d o f time.
