10. Attach the ground lug (from the platform's lightning protection kit) to the rear of
the enclosure using one of the two screws provided. Refer to Figure 2-23.

11. Route the home run cable's outer shield drain wire and the flat braided cable
through the ground lug attached to the rear of the enclosure. Figure 2-23
shows the cables clamped in position.
12. The remaining end of the flat braided cable is terminated at the ground rod as
indicated in the scale platform's installation drawing.
13. Inside the enclosure, connect both the single short black wire (from Figure
2-19) and the twisted black and green wires from the PDX cable to the internal
ground stud with a hex nut as shown in Figure 2-24.
