Main features

Terminology
• Program - (sequence): method of inflating the chambers;
• Cycle: 1 cycle is equivalent to the inflation of all the chambers, from the first to the last
regardless of the program used. After the last chamber has inflated, there is a pause and
then a new cycle starts.
• Speed cycles: is the time it takes for the unit to complete one cycle;
• Standard applicators: pneumo-soothing element (foot/leg sleeves, arm cuff and ab-
dominal/buttocks belt) composed of several chambers that sequentially inflate, regulated
by the chosen program;
• CPS Mesis standard applicators: pneumo-soothing element (only foot/leg sleeves
and arm cuff) composed of several chambers that sequentially inflate, regulated by the
chosen program;They differ from the standard applicators because they are characterised
by partially superimposed chambers that are inside the arm cuff and the foot/leg sleeves
and are only compatible with the Top Medical Premium unit;
• Time: duration of the session;
• Pressure: quantity of air blown in the chamber to perform the massage;
• Connector: connecting air hoses between the unit and the applicators;
• Nozzle: end part (air outlet) of each connector's hose that must be inserted into the
seats located on the applicators;
• Insert: located on the applicator. This is where the connector's nozzles must be inserted;
• Connection fitting (for the Top Medical Six and Medical&Beauty Pro 6000 units): it is an
accessory that allows the connector(s) to be connected to the unit;
• Splitter (for the Top Medical Six and Medical&Beauty Pro 6000 units): it is an accessory
that allows the two foot/leg sleeves and abdominal/buttocks belt to be simultaneously
used.
• Chambers or segments: elements that the applicator is made up of.
