DO NOT insert hard or fibrous fruit such as sugar cane or the core of a pineapple.
•
NEVER use ingredients other than fruit and vegetables, such as chocolate, ice,
nuts, seeds, etc.
•
DO NOT exceed the operating time of 2 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool
before resuming operation.
•
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
•
The juice must be consumed immediately in order to prevent prolonged contact with
the air, which causes it to oxidise, thereby altering the colour, taste and flavour.
•
Remove the rind that may be too bitter or inedible (oranges, pineapple, mango, kiwi,
etc.).
•
Remove the pits or large seeds (oranges, peaches, apricots, prunes, cherries, etc.).
•
Wash fruit and vegetables well before pressing.
•
Unpack the appliance.
•
Wash the removable parts: food pusher (1), lid (3), juice chute (5), juice container (8),
froth separator (9) and the pulp container (12) by hand or in the dishwasher.
•
Make sure the maximum water temperature in the dishwasher does not exceed 60°C.
•
The stainless steel filter (4) is only to be washed by hand.
•
Insert the juice chute (5) on the motor unit (10) [Fig. B].
•
Insert the stainless steel filter (4) into the juice chute (5) and press it completely until a
"clack" is heard [Fig. C].
•
Insert the pulp container (12) under the juice chute (5), from the bottom part [Fig. D].
•
Insert the lid (3) on the juice chute (5) and the pulp container (12) [Fig. E].
•
Lift the safety handle (7) until it is fitted in the coupling seats (13) [Fig. F].
•
Insert the froth separator (9) into the juice container (8).
•
Place the juice container (8) next to the dispensing spout (6) to collect the juice. [Fig.
G].
