A - SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1 - OPERATING PRECAUTIONS

• The inside of the DVR monitor contains
components submitted to high tension: NEVER
OPEN the product, even after having removed
the power cable.
• In general, audio video products are not related
to the earth so you can actually feel electric
waves (which are not dangerous) by touching
the two products simultaneously. We advise
that you plug the products in the sector after
having made all the connections.
• According to the obligations pursuant to EN
60065 standard, we draw your attention to
the safety elements below. Do not block any
ventilation openings. The ventilation shall
not be impeded by covering the ventilation
openings with items, such as newspapers,
table clothes, curtains, etc. Leave a space of
approx. 5cm around the equipment for correct
ventilation. Keep this product away from
flammable objects (such as lighted candles).
• To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do
not expose to dripping or splashing, never put
objects containing ater on top of the device.
• To respect the environment, batteries must not
be left on the road or put into the garbage. The
battery must be disposed of in the appropriate
disposal areas made available by wholesale
distribution operators at their sale points
(applicable only if the product is sold with
batteries).
• The remote control requires a CR2025 3VDC
battery. Respect the polarity indicated. To
respect the environment and the law in force,
never throw the batteries in the household
waste.
• The monitor is designed for indoor use only.
• Do not allow children operate the product.
• While drilling holes for wall mounting of
cameras, it is essential to avoid contact with
electric cables or pipes contained therein.
• The cameras must not be exposed to direct
sunlight or other sources of direct light.
• The cameras must not be installed in locations
here the lens filter might be vulnerable to
scratching or dirt.
• Do not overload extension cords or multiple
sockets.
• Do not place the device or cameras near
magnetic sources.

• Do not install in explosive environments or near
volatile or flammable objects.
• Do not install the product in conditions of
extreme humidity or temperature when there is
a high risk of rust or dust.

2 - CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the product from the mains
before carrying out any maintenance.
• Never use abrasive or corrosive substances to
clean the product.
• Use a slightly damp soft cloth.
• Never spray anything onto the product as it
may damage the internal workings.

3 - RECYCLING

Disposing of used batteries in the household waste
is strictly forbidden. This logo denotes that devices
which are no longer used must not be disposed
of as household waste. The corresponding heavy
metal designations are as follows:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead.
Use
the
recycling
provided by your local council (they are
obliged to take them by law). Keep out of the reach
of children. Can be swallowed by children or pets.
Risk of death! In case of accident, seek immediate
physician's advice or go to hospital. Do not short
circuit the batteries, do not thro them into the fire,
do not recharge them. Risk of explosion !
