The machine features some safety functions that have been described in the chapters concerning the use of both
versions (with or without an engine): for instance, the system for stopping all functions to prevent the battery from running
out or the possibility of turning the red key to disable the self-braking function in the event that the machine has to be
pushed.

DESCRIPTION OF MALFUNCTION
The motor has overheated. The
machine has stopped due to
overheating of the drive motor.
Overheating of the drive board
dissipator to more than 85° C (drive
shutdown)
Comes on after the engine has been
operating for 99 hours.
If a current of more than 50A is
absorbed continuously for 10", the
function is inhibited.
If the jack remains in the brushes
lowered position for more than 10"
consecutively with the bottom
microswitch open. Information only.
If the voltage on the KEY line drops
below 21.3 V (ACID) or 21.7 V (GEL)
for more than 3" consecutively.

below 20.3 V (ACID) or 20.7 V (GEL)
for 3" consecutively.
If the voltage on the KEY line drops
below 18.0 V (ACID) or 18.3 V (GEL)
for more than 3" consecutively.
SOLUTION
1- Check absorption of the drive
motor with the wheel raised. It
must be less than 18 A.
2- Check functioning of the drive
motor temperature sensor
(closed when cold).
If room temperature is high, stop the
machine for 20 minutes then restart. If
the problem persists, call Customer
Services.
To reset the warning after changing
the oil, press the display button for 5"
while the oil hour meter is displayed.
The error can be reset only by turning
the machine off or reactivating the
chosen programme.
Reset by turning the machine off.
It resets automatically if the voltage
rises to 24.0 V for 3".
