2.Transmission oil
Place the tiller on a level surface and remove the oil filler cap.
The oil should be level with the lower edge of the oil filler hole.
Add oil same as the engine oil (see page 14) if the level is low.

3.Air cleaner
Check the air cleaner element to be sure it is clean and in good
condition. Clean or replace the element if necessary (see page 35).
