8. If you reuse the deep-fat frying grease, first let it cool down slightly and
then before it solidifies, pour it into another container through a sieve lined
with a paper towel or filter paper. Then you can store the grease in a closed
container in the refrigerator. Unfiltered grease spoils quickly.

OPERATING ELEMENT

1 ON/OFF switch
For switching the appliance on and off
2 TIMER
For setting the desired frying time (appliance does not switch off!)
3 ON/OFF indicator light
Indicates whether the appliance is switched on
4 Function indicator light
Indicates when the grease has reached the respective temperature
5 TEMP = temperature controller
For setting the desired deep-fat frying temperature

BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE

1. Take out lid, basket, handle and other accessories and remove all packaging
materials. Keep packaging materials away from children - danger of
suffocation!
