TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

SOLUTION
Close petcock
Check fittings with soapy water. Tighten or reseal leaking fittings. DO NOT
O V E RTIGHTEN.
Clean or replace air filter element.
Remove and clean or replace.
Check and replace if necessary
Immediately replace tank. DO NOT attempt to repa i r.
Replace any faulty seals
Replace worn pa r ts and reassemble with new seals.
Replace piston and cylinder sleeve assemblies.
Check fittings with soapy water. Tighten or reseal leaking fittings. DO NOT
O V E RTIGHTEN.
Clean or replace regulator or internal pa r ts .
If pressure drops too low, adjust regulator while accessory is used.
Remove spark plug and dry it. Reinsta l l .
Move compressor to a warmer location.
Relocate compressor to an area with cool, dry and well-circulated air.
Clean all cooling surfaces of pump and engine thoroughly.
Replace worn pa r ts and reassemble with new seals.
