Troubleshooting
Problem
The refrigerator
does not work.
The refrigerator
does not cool
sufficiently.
Condensation has
built up on the
outside of the
refrigerator.

Possible cause
The power plug is not inserted.
The DC connection cable is not
inserted.
The connection cable or plug is
damaged.
The refrigerator is not level.
The ambient temperature is too
high.
The door is not closed properly. Close the door.
The door has been opened too
often.
More than one power source is
being used.
The gap between the wall at
the side and back of the
refrigerator is too narrow.
The temperature has not been
set correctly.
The air vents are dirty.
The condensation tray is full.
The door does not close prop-
erly.
Suggested remedy
Connect the mains plug to an
AC socket.
Connect the DC connection
cable to the DC power supply.
Have the damaged connection
cable or plug replaced by an
electrician.
Position the refrigerator
horizontally.
Lower the ambient tempera-
ture.
Ensure that the door is not
obstructed.
Only open the door when it is
necessary.
Only use one power source.
Keep the minimum distance to
the side and back walls.
Set the temperature.
Clean the air vents with a soft
cloth.
Empty the condensation tray.
Ensure that the door is not
obstructed.
