If a power failure occurs, the power cord is disconnected, or the ON/OFF
button pressed during an ice making cycle, small chips may form and
lodge in the automatic shovel causing it to jam. UNPLUG the unit and
gently push the shovel to the rear of the cabinet and gently remove the
ice chips. Plug the unit in and press ON/OFF twice to re-start the cycle.
Make sure the ice tray is sitting properly in the unit or the ice shovel will
not be able to deposit the ice cubes.
If the ADD WATER light comes on, and there's water still in the reservoir,
this means that the water is not reaching the sensor, add water to the
reservoir and press ON/OFF button twice to re-start the cycle.
If the ADD WATER light stays on after filling the reservoir, turn the unit off
and restart by unplugging the ice maker. Plug the ice maker back in and
press the ON/OFF button twice.
If the ice cubes are too large and have pieces sticking to it, the water
temperature could be too cold. Press the SELECT button to change to the
S (small) ice cubes.
If all the lights blink simultaneously the water tray may be blocked by an
ice cube. UNPLUG the unit and remove the ice cube. Restart the unit .
