GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline,
petroleum-based products, penetrating oils, etc.,
come in contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can
damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may
result in serious personal injury.

REPLACING THE 12 V ADAPTOR FUSE
See Figure 14, page 11.
The 12 V adaptor contains a 250 V 12 Amp fuse to protect
the adaptor and inflator from unexpected power surges. The
fuse is 6 mm x 30 mm. Only replace fuses with the same
size and specifications as the original.
To replace the fuse:
Remove the fuse cap from the top of the 12 V adaptor.
Replace old fuse with new one. If spring comes out, be
sure to reinsert it before replacing new fuse.
NOTICE:
Do not use a higher rated fuse other than the
specified amperage. This could cause damage to
the product.
Place fuse cap on top of fuse and thread back onto
adaptor. Tighten securely.
