5.2 - RUNNING (Fig. 2-3)
The oven's running system is independent in any com-
position and it is therefore possible to have two or th-
ree different kinds of cooking times in case of double-
chamber and three-chambered versions.
Give tension turning the general switch (which is in
the upper part of the machine) on "ON"; a blinking
point appears on the display (1) showing that tension
has been given to the machine.
Press ON/OFF button (2) in order to start the oven's
running; belt rotation, as well as fan start their move-
ment, the internal temperature of the current cooking
chamber appears on the display.
Activate ceiling and/or bedplate resistances acting on
the selection switch (3) and (4), whose lights lighten
after activation.
Wait for the temperature to reach the established
value before carrying out cooking operations.
The display shows when the temperature is reached
and on that moment the light of selectors (3) and (4)
turns off.
Position the pizza or the baking-tin on the belt (5)
in inlet area; the pizza or the baking-tin will be in-
troduced into the cooking chamber (6) and as the
established cooking time will be reached it will come
out from outlet area (7).
Get hold of the pizza or of the baking-tin coming
out from the oven with suitable individual protec-
tion means. Danger: causes burns!
Do not open the door allowing the access to coo-
king chamber as the oven is running or hot.
