Installation and Connection
Description of the control connections:
DIT (A/B): input for braking resistor thermostat; if not used, install a jumper between
XC4:1 and XC4:2.
RL1 (NA1/C1/NF1): relay that indicates when the module is with fault. In normal
operation, it closes the contacts NF1 and Common. In fault, it closes the contacts
NA1 and Common.
RL2 (NA2/C2/NF2): relay that indicates ground fault. In normal operation, it closes
the contacts NF2 and Common. In fault, it closes the contacts NA2 and Common.
DI1: can be used as disable general command. Applying a signal of +24 Vdc disables
the braking.
N2: synchronism fiber optic receiver: used to control the braking module when
configured as slave. For further information, refer to table 3.4.
N3: synchronism fiber optic emitter used to control other DBW03. When the
module is configured as slave, it serves as signal repeater.
X1: Auxiliary power supply input for fan (220 Vac / 250 mA), see figure 3.8.
