Hand-crushing hazard between rim and
mounting head during mounting and
demounting operations.
Hand-crushing hazard between rim and
jaw during tyre locking.
Leg-crushing hazard during
bead-breaking
Hand-crushing hazard between rim and
self-centering chuck during bead breaking.
Unreadable and missing warning labels must be replaced immediately.
Do not use the tyre changer if one or more labels are missing.
Do not add any object that could prevent the operator from seeing the labels.
Use the code in this table to order labels you need.
The illustration shows a rim fitted on the chuck, showing the positions of
the hours as if on a clock.
In the various operating stages described below, when a position (of the
valve, bead presser, tools, etc,) is mentioned, reference is ALWAYS made to
these positions.
N.B.: The 12 o'clock position is in line with the vertical post of the tyre
changer.
WARNING!
During all operations, keep hands and other parts of the body as far as possible from moving parts of the machine.
Necklaces, bracelets and too large clothes, can be dangerous for the operator.
