Setting procedure
1. Only with analog adjustment of heating curve: Adjust the bar in agreement with the planning

2. Make settings on operating lines 1...41 (enduser)

Commissioning and functional check
• Specific operating lines for the functional check:
– 161 = simulation of outside temperature
– 162 = relay test
– 163 = sensor test
– 164 = test of H-contacts
• To accomplish its functions, the RVL479 must always be connected (via the data bus LPB) to a
partner unit (RVL470, RVL471, RVL472, RVL480, RVL481, RVL482). The partner unit must be
located in the same segment. Its device must be one digit lower than the segment number.
For example:
Controller type
RVL479
RVL481
•
Without partner unit, the RVL479 can be operated though. Its functions are passive, however.
Error code 142 indicates that as a fault.
•
If
appears on the display: Interrogate operating line 50 to pinpoint error
