HOOD ASSEMBLY
To avoid breakage, do not hit glass
with metal, glass, porcelain or other
heavy objects.
1. Secure the Electrical System Plate to
the Blower Support with (3) sheet
metal screws. Fig. 9.
2. Fasten the discharge collar to the
blower support with (2) sheet metal
screws. Be sure the collar does not
extend beyond the blower support
edge. Fig. 10.
3. Install 6" round metal duct, long
enough to reach ducting in ceiling.
Duct tape all connections, making
them secure and air tight. Fig. 10.
4. Attach Support Frame to the Blower
Support and secure with (4) washers
and hex nuts. Make sure the edges
marked "FRONT" align. Fig. 11.
5. Determine distance between the
hood filter and cook top. Follow the
chart to adjust support frame to the
proper length. Secure both halves
together with (4) sheet metal screws.
